CLYDE HART: the man himself

"The technology has been around for a long time, we've just made it better. Much better."

Clyde Hart, one of the greatest 400 meter coaches of all time, first created the pacebeeper in March, 2014. His admiration of the British system led him to create a functional system that mirrored theirs. Stressing pace while training, he created a system that causes a sound to go off every set amount of meters. This method allows the runner to indicate if he or she is on the correct mark for the set pace.
